益本奈緒子（以下「当方」）は、ノート術および話し方に関する講座を提供しています。当方が運営するウェブサイト（wasurenai-note.net）および講座の運営において取得する個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

お名前・メールアドレス・連絡先	講座のご案内、お問い合わせへの回答、受講生の方への連絡、教材等の発送、代金の決済、新しい講座やサービスのご案内のために利用します。
受講状況・課題の提出物	添削およびレッスンの進行管理のために利用します。
レッスンの録画	受講された方の復習用として利用します。詳細は第3項をご覧ください。
ノートの写真	添削のために利用するほか、事前に承諾をいただいた場合に限り、SNS等での講座のご紹介に利用することがあります。

2. 第三者への提供

当方は、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

教材等の発送、代金の決済など、上記の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、配送業者や決済代行事業者に提供する場合
法令に基づく開示請求があった場合

この場合も、提供する範囲は目的の達成に必要な最小限にとどめます。

3. レッスン録画の取り扱い

オンラインで実施した個別レッスンおよびグループレッスンは録画し、受講された方の復習用として動画配信サービス（YouTube および Vimeo）にアップロードします。

動画はすべて限定公開またはパスワード保護とし、検索結果や一般の閲覧者に公開されることはありません。
個別レッスンの録画リンクは、そのレッスンを受講されたご本人にのみお送りします。
グループレッスンの録画は、受講生専用ページでパスワードを設定して共有します。
グループレッスンの受講風景を撮影した映像を、受講生専用コミュニティ内で教材として利用することがあります。この場合、あらかじめご本人の承諾をいただきます。
録画の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお申し付けください。

4. YouTube API サービスの利用について

当方は、レッスン録画をアップロードするための個人用ツール「note-lesson-uploader」において、YouTube API サービスを利用しています。

アクセス・取得・保存する情報

当方自身の YouTube チャンネルへ、当方自身が作成した動画をアップロードします。
アップロードした動画の URL とタイトルを、当方の端末内のログファイルに保存します。
当方以外のユーザーの YouTube データを取得・保存・表示することは一切ありません。
本ツールの利用者は当方一人のみで、第三者に提供・販売していません。

情報の利用・共有

取得した動画 URL は、当該レッスンを受講されたご本人へのご案内のみに利用します。広告目的での利用や、第三者への販売・提供は行いません。

アクセス権の取り消し

本ツールに付与した Google アカウントへのアクセス権は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消すことができます。

5. アクセス解析および広告について

当方のウェブサイトの一部のページでは、広告の効果測定のために Meta Platforms, Inc. が提供する広告ピクセルを設置しています。これにより収集される情報に個人を特定するものは含まれません。

詳しくは Meta プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。ブラウザの設定により、これらの情報収集を拒否することができます。

6. 個人情報の管理

当方は、取得した個人情報の紛失・漏えい・改ざんを防ぐため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。認証情報は当方の端末内でのみ管理し、第三者と共有しません。

ご本人からの個人情報の開示、訂正、削除のご請求については、下記の連絡先にて速やかに対応いたします。

Privacy Policy (English)

Naoko Masumoto (“I”, “me”) is an independent instructor in Japan who teaches a course on note-taking and speaking skills. This policy describes how personal information is handled on the website wasurenai-note.net and in the course I operate.

1. Information collected and purpose

Name, email address and contact details — used to answer enquiries and to communicate with enrolled students.
Course progress and submitted assignments — used to give feedback and manage lesson progress.
Lesson recordings — used only so the student who attended that lesson can review it.

2. Sharing with third parties

I do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except in the following cases:

Where it is provided to delivery companies or payment processors to the minimum extent necessary to ship materials or process payments.
Where disclosure is required by law.

3. Lesson recordings

Online lessons are recorded and uploaded to video hosting services (YouTube and Vimeo) so that students can review them.

All videos are unlisted or password protected. They do not appear in search results and are not available to the general public.
The link to a one-on-one lesson recording is sent only to the individual student who attended that lesson.
Group lesson recordings are shared on a students-only page with a password.
Footage of a group lesson may be used as teaching material inside the students-only community. Prior consent is obtained from the person concerned in that case.
Students may request deletion of a recording at any time using the contact details below.

4. Use of YouTube API Services

I use YouTube API Services in a private tool called “note-lesson-uploader”, which uploads my own lesson recordings to my own YouTube channel.

Information accessed, collected and stored

The tool uploads videos that I created myself to my own YouTube channel.
It stores the URL and title of each uploaded video in a log file on my own computer.
It does not access, collect, store or display the YouTube data of any other user.
I am the only user of this tool. It is not distributed, licensed or sold to anyone.

How the information is used and shared

Each video URL is used only to give the recording to the individual student who attended that lesson. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or provided to third parties.

Revoking access

Access granted to this tool can be revoked at any time through the Google account security settings page.

5. Analytics and advertising

Some pages on my website use an advertising pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure advertising performance. The information collected does not identify individuals. See the Meta Privacy Policy for details. This collection can be refused through browser settings.

6. Security

I take appropriate measures to prevent loss, leakage or alteration of the personal information I hold. Authentication credentials are kept only on my own computer and are not shared with anyone.

7. Access, correction and deletion

Requests to disclose, correct or delete personal information will be handled promptly using the contact details below.
